Zindorf Tutorial

This is a card I created using Michelle Zindorf's tutorial.  You can find her site from my sidebar called "Freedom in Creating".  She has wonderful tutorials.  Although I did not have the exact set she used I had one similar from SU.  I used the same color CS that she used and I added a little bit of stickles to my flowers and bird to just give it a little extra bling.

Floral Framed

This is a digi stamp that I used to make this floral framed card.  I just love digis.  I can't remember at the moment where I got this digi from but I can research it if you would like to know - just leave a comment and I'll look it up.  Used my new frame border from Spellbinders and wrapped in twine with a little floral charm.  I colored it with my Prisma pens and used my copper dobber to go around the frame's edges.  I just love that copper dobber.

BIG Snow

  

We had a big snow here in lovely Colorado Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.  Here are a few pics I made of maybe the last snow for the season and then again maybe not.  Seems like I heard on the weather that we were going to get another few inches tomorrow night.  Bring it on I say.  It waters the ground and makes everything so green for Spring.  Enjoy.

Hydrangea Digi

Here is a card I made last weekend.  I just love this digi from Delicious Doodles.  They have some lovely digis.  I used some scrap paper from my scrap bin for this one.  I think it's old olive and I found some paper ribbon that I've had forever.  Spent a lot of time on the flowers - cut the buds off individually and pop dotted them to give it a little more depth.  It doesn't quite show up too well on the pic.  And I love the frames.  I actually used the Top Note by SU and cut out the frame for this one.  I have a few more postings but it will have to wait until tomorrow night.  I forgot to bring them in from the car and I'm just too tired to go out in my jammies and get them.  Hope you enjoy.

Where Have I Been... hmmm

Time sure flies when you are having fun or so they say.  I have been consumed with projects and work over the past few months.  Have made some time for creating - just haven't had time to upload.  I will be doing that very soon, hopefully tonight I can post some cards.  I had new carpet installed 2 weeks ago and am still trying to get my craft room put back together.  What a task! 

I have managed to purchase some of the new Spellbinders and I am just loving them.  I especially love the new Labels Eleven.  Spiffy.
