Crafty Secrets Flower Garden

This is my linky entry for Crafty Secrets this month.  I used their new digi "Flower Garden".  I just love all the digis in this set.  There are quite a few and all individual so you can put them together however you like.  I did a lot of fussy cutting in this one.  The picture does not do it justice I fear.  I popped up each flower and leaf behind the vase.  I put Utee on the vase to make it shiny.  I used my alcohol ink pens to color and I made the background paper with Dyan Reaveley's Dylusion spray and a stencil.    It looks much better in person as I have popped the flowers in the vase and the "sweet flowers" verse.  It really is cute if I do say so.

  1. Hi, Brenda! I love the background on this very pretty card! You did such a great job of coloring and adding dimension to these images. Thanks, also, for sharing with your readers which digital images you used. That way, when they are inspired by your pretty card, they can find the files! Thanks so much for playing along in the February Crafty Secrets Linky Party, and I hope you will be a regular participant. Kathy Clement, design team leader http://www.kathybydesign

  2. This is awesome Brenda! I too love how you did the background and your vase of flowers is GORGEOUS!! It's sad that we just can't get those photos to show the true beauty of these creations but I can only imagine how exceptionally beautiful this card is IRL!! Well done! Thanks so much for playing along in our February Linky Party at Crafty Secrets! Good Luck!!
